  • Venue rental pricing starts at $4000 for weekdays and $7000 for weekends. There is also a bar minimum fee, a kitchen use fee and a bar and staffing fee.

    We are also open to discuss your vision and your budget!

  • We can offer an rental add-on of slip covers in either black or white for the chairs, however the remaining rentals would come through whatever catering service you choose.

  • We have a full kitchen complete with double ovens and cold storage as well as prep space. There is a $500 kitchen usage fee for all catering.

    We also have a preferred vendor list of the caterers who frequently work with us and do an amazing job!

  • No, we require you have a day of coordinator, either a professional wedding planner or a friend you can designate to help keep you on schedule.

    While your event is happening our venue staff is facilitating things like flipping the room from ceremony to dinner and setting up the bar program.

    We highly recommend having an event planer leading up to your wedding. Not only will they serve as a coordinator on the day, but they are there to help streamline the process vis-a-vis communication between you and all vendors, as well as helping you make decisions that best suit your needs. We do not require you retain an event planner, however do we require someone be coordinating on the day. 

  • For weddings, you will have ten hours of rental time. That includes four hours for set-up, access to the building for the bride and groom for preparing and anyone in the bridal party or groomsmen. After that you have six hours from the time of guests entering to when they leave. 

    Additional hours outside the rental window cost $125 / hour prior to the event and $500 / hour after the event.

  • We do not allow glitter of any kind.

    We do allow candles as long as they are set up in fire-safe glass hurricane glassware.

    The venue has a $500 clean up fee that takes care of all trash and floors, etc after everyone has left the venue. Any specific questions about decor we are happy to cover during the tour!

  • We have a list of parking lots in the area that we can share with you. They will allow you to block off a group of spots for your guests.

    We strongly recommend public transportation and ride sharing to the venue. We are in the heart of downtown Seattle and Ubers are plentiful.

  • We require the full payment for the cost of the venue up front to secure the date.

    30 days out from the day of the wedding we collect the remaining invoice, including any add-ons and bar program fee.
    We also retain a credit card on file to be charged for any bar overages you incur after the fact.
